CLOSE ON HIS HEELS Today's daily bread is talking about following Jesus closely. We are to follow Jesus as close as possible just like a pair of slippers, just like one slipper moving right up against the other one. Many people often question, '' Is Jesus enough? '' They have been facing difficulties , at times they felt far from Christ. But through prayer and faith, they drew closer to Him. Jesus calmed they soul, restored their strength and gievn them peace. We should always keep close to Jesus and not doubt him even though you are going through difficulties, through prayer and faith you can draw closer to Jesus so you have to KEEP your faith and also PRAY DAILY, then you will not feel far from Christ. Are you feeling far from the Lord? --empty, weak, and afraid? It's time to follow close on his heels. -Dave Egner God, give me faith of a little child!
