Conflict Resolution. Read: Philipians 4:1-9 Forgive and Forget. Is it so hard to do so? Yes,It's hard. But the Joy of the Lord is our strength. Therefore we will have the courage to forgive if we have Faith in Him. In Matthew 16:24, it says "If anyone would come after me, he must DENY HIMSELF and take up his cross and follow me." Therefore, we have to deny ourselves. One of these points is humbling ourselves. We're brothers and sisters in Christ, Forgive. Be more like Jesus, how many of us has disappointed Him? However, He forgives! Philipians 4:8, "Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things." This is to be more like Jesus. If we think about such things, we will do things right. We will also Forgive and Forget. Jesus Forgives and Forget ALL our sins, all He wants us to do is to Forgive and Forget others and Repent. If we Forgive those who had sinned against us, Jesus will Forgive us. Thus, do not bear grudges. Let it go, then Let God do His ways and Let's go. If we're are the ones who has sinned against others, humble ourselves and say Sorry. Matthew 10:8, "Freely you have received, freely give." We have received God's forgiveness freely. Therefore, freely forgive others. |
