Be Still Today's daily bread is about a guy called Bill, he was at the dentist's he was really tense and afraid He said '' This isnt easy to do. Itis actually very difficult to try (requiring effort ad exertion) to relax (requiring an absense of effort and exertion). Far too often Bill dont limit his effort of resistance to visits at the dental. In his relationship in Christ , he find himself not pressing for God's purpose but for his own interest, and in Psalms 46:10 '' Be Still, and knw im God; i will be exalteed among the nations, i will be exalted in te earth!'' In this moments when Bill's heart is anxious this verse reminds him to be still and know! Yes! We have to be still and know that God is always with us, there isnt a moment when he wasnt with us. We have to trust God in everything that we do, when trouble arises he is the first one to be there for us, supporting us all the time, we are save in His hands! Remember God is always with us. Dont be disappointed when God doesnt give you what you want, cos he knows when is the right tiime to give. Lord, we know that the true rest can be found only in You. Help us to end our striving and to trust that You will provide. In Your loving arms we find rest.
